Treating people as homogenous users has widened the gap of making financial products accessible to allโ€”one of them being women.

OVERVIEW

I studied the role of banking habits, technology adoption, and knowledge spillovers amongst women across various socio-economic classes and published open-source insights to bridge the empathy gap for product developers building gender intelligent financial products.
